1. Services
We provide residential appliance repair, HVAC service, water heater service, preventive maintenance and small home repairs. We are an independent company, not affiliated with any manufacturer, and we do not sell insurance, extended warranties or service contracts.
2. Estimates and pricing
A diagnostic fee, disclosed at booking, applies to each service visit. After diagnosis we provide a written estimate. Work begins only after you approve it. Final charges may differ only if you approve additional work.
3. Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Access and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the equipment. We may decline work we consider unsafe.
5. Guarantee
Our labor is covered by our Workmanship Guarantee. Parts are covered by their supplier's warranty.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Website use
